Data collection

Luzala HEIC Studio does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information, analytics, advertising identifiers, filenames, photo metadata, or image contents.

Local file access

The app accesses only files and folders selected by the user. Image decoding, conversion, resizing, metadata handling, and output writing occur locally on the Windows device.

Internet access

The app does not require an internet connection for conversion and contains no account system, cloud upload, advertising, or telemetry service.

Retention

The app retains no remote data. Output files remain in the destination chosen by the user. Temporary partial files are removed if an operation fails or is cancelled.
