A file shows “Needs attention”

Read the explanation shown beneath that file. Copy incomplete photos from the source device again, confirm the output folder is writable, and use Retry failed so completed photos are not repeated.

Output already exists

By default, the app creates a numbered filename and keeps the existing photo. Enable overwrite only when replacement is intentional.

Large photos

Choose a maximum dimension such as 4096 or 2560 pixels to reduce memory use and output size while preserving the photo’s aspect ratio.
